Target audience

Young adult migrants, such as workers and students, who want to develop healthy eating habits. They may be single households or couples without children, willing to cook for their health, and have limited budgets (spending less than £200 per month on groceries).

Positioning

We developed our service concept and defined three core values by applying a theory of change. EATEAM is a platform that is designed to help young adult migrants build healthy eating habits and a sense of community. This service is built on three core values:

  1. Simplifying cooking: Providing young adult migrants with a streamlined and efficient cooking journey, reducing the pressure associated with cooking.
  2. Building patterns together: Encouraging participation in small-scale communities to help maintain a healthy diet and establish good eating habits.
  3. Creating social integration: Offering networking opportunities to foster deeper social connections and prevent isolation.

HMW

How might we foster the formation of good eating habits by enjoyment in cooking within a community?
