BACKGROUND

Nowadays many people have different kinds of bad emotion, such as anxiously and nervousness etc. However, only 15 % felt ' very able ' to manage stress and pressure in their lives. In contrast, the rest of the group ( 85 % ) has a vague idea of how to manage stress and pressure. They need explore and find a way to help them healing.


OUR CHALLENGE

People don't realize that fashion can enhance their overall emotional well - being and influence their self - perception.


How might we use fashion as a tool to facilitate therapeutic methods for self - healing and help individuals discover more about themselves?

by integrating therapy with their daily fashion , increases self - discovery and mood enhancement through personalized fashion guidance ,

unlike other tradition healing or therapeutic services , we offers an accessible form of emotional healing , enabling users to express and explore their identities through fashion , without the immediate need for a therapist .

SERVICE FLOW

BEFORE

SELFads offers online booking for offline therapy sessions and is a social media platform for sharing and exploring fashion communities. It supports offline therapy through online bookings and engagement with others for self-healing.


DURING

After arriving, our offline store will provide a comfortable and welcoming space for users to experience. The fashion therapist discusses memorable or disliked clothes and explores the user's emotions and preferences through various fashion therapies. The user tries on clothes and explores different styles and fabrics, with recommendations for Fashion Healing Workshops to enhance emotional well-being.


AFTER

The user can share lifestyle and therapy experiences on the platform, with integrated fashion therapies in community interactions. The app provides updates on fashion healing workshops and maintains communication with the fashion therapist for future sessions. Referrals to specialists are available if needed.

FUTURE STRATEGY

Our primarily focuses on seeking partnerships with investors. Additionally, we are considering collaborations with personal stylists and fashion psychology organizations to enhance our service effectiveness. We also intend to work with fashion and retail brands to integrate our fashion therapy concept into their stores, offering this service directly to customers.
