About

A CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVER, OPEN-MINDED EXPLORER, FREE-THINKING ARTIST, WHO THRIVES ON CHALLENGES AND LOVES WORKING ALONGSIDE INTERDISCIPLINARY TEAMS TO BRING IDEAS TO LIFE.

I am a multi-faceted designer with a passion for social innovation. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design and a Master's degree in Service Design, specializing in experience design and strategy design in the context of shaping a more sustainable and human-centered built environment in a creative and innovative way.

During my time at the Royal College of Art, I have gained sophisticated strategy and research skills. I was fortunate enough to work with The Big Issue Group on a project where we successfully launched a food stall service on the RCA Battersea campus.

For my master's final year project, with a passion for nature and its transformative impact, I worked on exploring enhancing the working culture for remote workers, promoting crucial work-life balance, and cultivating an environment that nurtures well-being and productivity by integrating nature-inspired elements into company practices, ultimately fostering a healthier and happier remote workforce.

Final Project

Remote workers face creative blocks, digital fatigue, and disconnection from prolonged work in the same environment. They may not know the importance of breaks for productivity and lack support from their company to make changes to their work environment, making these issues worse.

We aim to help companies develop a work-life balance culture that supports remote workers. Fleen offers a nature-based well-being service package that empowers companies in London who wants to help their remote workers achieve work-life balance and improve mental health by providing an inspiring and relaxing outdoor working experience. Our package is designed to use the natural setting of the urban green space to enhance creativity, reduce stress, and create social connections.

Fleen encourages companies to recognize the positive impacts of nature on well-being and performance, creating a supportive work culture that prioritises the mental health of remote employees.
