In the words of Charles Eames “Recognizing the need is the primary condition for design”. I, Nishtha Aggarwal am a detail-oriented thinker who aims to create design solutions across mediums. Exposure to varying cultures and people while studying design for my undergraduate further motivated me to discover the stories embedded around me. This helped me recognize many unique problems and I strived to intervene with a solution whenever required.
Having gained experience in the fields of brand building, strategy development, visual content creation, and direct interaction and collaborations with other members of the industry fueled my resolve of being a problem-solver.
With an enthusiasm for creating new models of conduct dealing with social issues and human psychology practised back in college, RCA has helped me pursue my goals of becoming a versatile designer while focusing on maximizing convenience and removing barriers for the end-user.

It is a nutritional data-driven platform that gives streamlined information and personalized recommendations, allowing emotional and experiential mapping associated with food. It helps create awareness at an early diagnosis stage by encouraging healthy and sustainable eating habits for patients. In addition, it helps patients recognize their personal nutrition patterns, helping them re-establish their relationship with food.
Our proposition for incorporating the role of a "Shared-Experience Mentor" (SEM) within the staffing structure of Oasis Restore is a crucial step towards implementing effective justice reform.
The plan carefully outlines the guidelines for hiring SEMs, their responsibilities, and the tools that will be provided to the children in the facility. By providing these children with a mentor who understands them and can build positive relationships with them, we believe that we can significantly decrease the likelihood of reoffending.
