A service designer and product designer with 3+ years of experience in delivering end-to-end designs for IT SaaS products. I am passionate about crafting intuitive solutions and meaningful experiences for complex challenges.
I pursued my undergraduate degree in Fashion and Lifestyle Accessories at the National Institute of Fashion Technology, India , and and I am currently enrolled in the MA Service Design program at the Royal College of Art, London. My most recent work stint was with Netenrich where I worked on multiple challenging projects from designing a SecOps framework to creating a self-service IT automation portal. My two years in this young, enterprise startup environment taught me how to balance business goals and engineering constraints as I unrelentingly advocated for the user.
Nest is a peer-led activity program designed to support young people within and beyond the care system. By offering weekly activities that foster personal growth, relationship-building, and life skills, Nest addresses the lack of stability, choice, and mental well-being experienced by care-experienced youth. The program provides a safe, inclusive environment where young people can build resilience, exercise agency, and develop essential skills. With a long-term vision for policy change, Nest aims to become the default support system for all children in care, ensuring no young person is left unsupported as they transition out of care.
