Hello there, I'm Vaishnavi Walunj, a Service Designer and Creative Strategist who thrives on designing Service and system experiences with dexterous precision.

My journey at the Royal College of Art has been a transformative one, where I’ve honed my ability to craft solutions that elegantly solve complex problems and delight stakeholders at every touchpoint. Throughout my studies, I had the opportunity to collaborate with government councils like the Royal Borough of Hounslow and the Royal Borough of Greenwich. These experiences fuelled my passion for the public sector, where I discovered how thoughtful design can truly make a difference in communities.

In addition to my work in the public sector, I embarked on a research project that explored the intersection of AI, machine learning, and service design in the hospitality industry. Here, I embraced the concept of “responsible AI,” recognising that ethical considerations must be woven into the fabric of AI development. I believe that the future of AI isn't just about cutting-edge technology but about leading with responsibility. Design plays a crucial role in this shift, translating high-level ethical principles into actionable strategies and building seamless systems that align both profitability and trust.

As I move forward as service designer, I'm excited to continue designing with purpose, applying my skills to create impactful, responsible, and innovative experiences in both the public sector and AI-driven landscapes.
