I am XUANFEI YI, a service design and user experience designer.

I am currently exploring different fields such as service and experience design, brand/design strategy, project management, and marketing communication to connect businesses, products, and users at various levels. By comprehensively applying knowledge and skills from these areas, I am dedicated to designing resonant holistic experiences and solutions.

My final project is focused on optimising the family road trip experience and charging experience with new energy trams. I believe that new energy trams have a huge potential in the future market and are of great value for improving the home road trip experience and optimising the charging process.

Through innovative design solutions we hope to provide users with a more comfortable, convenient and intelligent family road trip experience with new energy trams, while optimising the charging process to address mileage anxiety and waiting times. Through my design work, I hope to create more sustainable, environmentally friendly and enjoyable ways for people to travel, promoting the popularity of new energy vehicles and the future development of sustainable transport.
