Navigating Digital Ethics
Consumers are increasingly demanding that the technological products and services they interact with, many of which will be powered by artificial intelligence, are based on ethical principles. Organisations thus have a competitive advantage in taking these considerations into account, however, there’s a lack of tools to help them navigate ethics. Alongside Celina Thomsen (Service Design) I will be working with the Danish Design Center on developing such tools for organisations to think more ethically in the design of their digital products and services.
