Fostering a Decentralised Approach to Innovation in Organisations
We believe that change begins from within, and are looking to support organisational design for scalable, efficient innovation implementation, and delivery. We are keen to explore:
What does the socialising of design look like in an organisation? How accessible is innovation within the organization? How can we create a space for people to embrace changes/innovation? How do we grow impact through changemakers in the organisation?
In the final project, we aim to foster an internal culture of experimentation and innovation in the organisation.
