Designing for Designers – Embedding a Reflective Practice
Through my previous research I observed how the responsibility and opportunities for design are changing. We are (hopefully increasingly) asked to be part of decision-making processes, to challenge briefs and think critically before realising our visions in the world. Designing a sustainment of our environment that has never been needed as urgently as now. But when does critical thinking happen in a design process? How do reading and writing change design choices? Combining my research, experiences and work with the Design&Philosophy Society I will embed a reflective practice into the daily work of a designer that is digestible and accessible.
