We are carrying on an inquiry into a social problem about jumping out of the game rule of the gray market in design education, re-examing the demand, and making a new market template. In the face of the two-way information gap under domestic and overseas background, the current market solution is to let third parties that are focused on economic benefit get involved. The rationality of such a solution needs to be questioned. The boundary of tutoring cannot be easily defined so that academic fraud is common to be seen, which causes the vulnerable group (students) to be the ultimate victims.
