Ruotong Guan is a service designer interested in creative collective actions and niche innovation. She is a problem solver with a bias for action, and always put research at the heart of her solutions. She came to this programme with a UX design background and then developed her capabilities in delivering individual touchpoints as crafted interfaces and meaningful interactions, also learning how service design methods can support end-to-end experience delivery in a business context.
