Tammy is an international design strategist in technology-empowered businesses. Born in Shanghai, studied in Los Angeles, worked in Boston, and now exploring London, she synthesises complex problems for speculating conscious and behavioral change across cultures. Believing design is a weapon in the data era, she has been exploring design methods and leadership across the UK, US, and China in Healthcare, Financial Services, and the Public Sector. She adopted the Design Thinking curriculum into the summer campus at MIT and Harvard University. Prior to service design, she focused on communication and interaction design in a human-centred, agile working way.
