I am Jiangke Chen, with a background in Industrial Design from the China Academy of Art and an MA in Service Design from the Royal College of Art. I have a forward-thinking and innovative design perspective, capable of generating trend-setting insights. I believe that in the AI era, designers must change and improve, avoiding the trap of 'technology-driven innovation.' While technological advancements are important, we must focus on the 'meaning' and 'why,' ensuring that AI solutions are user-centered and meaningful. Fortunately, one of the key strengths of service design is problem framing and gaining insights into user and market, technology and business trends.

During my time at RCA, I collaborated with Aegon to establish a retirement planning service. This platform visualizes users' futures as personalized, ever-growing islands, promoting sustainable investment and encouraging millennials to save for their future. Additionally, during the IRP, we created an emotion-centric AI platform with an emotional heat map that fosters immediate, empathetic, and safe connections.
