Hi! My name is Nini and I'm a UI/UX and Service Designer.
I'm the type of designer that loves to share ideas by pushing the boundaries of designs. For the past three years, I’ve been working on a lot of UI/UX projects in tech companies. Most recently, I worked as a GUI Designer at the headquarters of ASUS and also worked at Public Digital Innovation Space (PDIS) as a service design intern in Taipei.
RCA Service Design Master Program has taught me a lot in different aspects. I've learned how to identify human needs through using different research tools and also how to approach questions and interviews with a bit more empathy.
QuickFacts is a collection of guides that compile information based on the most common needs and inquiries of the people on probation before, during, and after their journey. It aids in navigating the people on probation to comprehend their needs and the actions/steps they must take.
The green transition may create an increasing demand for the alternative commodities used, resulting in a commodities supercycle. “Supercycles happen when there’s an important structural change in the demand for some types of commodities. The transformation towards green, more sustainable energy might generate that”. As a team, Swathi Muralidharan, Debby Hsiao, and I are exploring this problem to identify opportunities to help businesses face this supercycle, in order to minimize the impacts of the inflation it might cause.
