Hello! I am Shravani Shinde, a multidisciplinary Service Designer, constantly fascinated by how the world works and what makes people behave the way they do.
My method is observant, sensitive to behaviour, and it blends design with behavioural insights to create meaningful and inclusive experiences. Deeply committed to equity, I am focused on designing inclusive services that center the voices of women and marginalised communities.
In my free time, you can find me scribbling with crayons, swimming, or meowing back to cats.
"SLAY THE GAP" addresses the professional invisibility of women on the internet which limits their career development. Many young professional women struggle with low visibility on platforms like LinkedIn, often due to imposter syndrome, limited knowledge, and fear of criticism.
Our project seeks to bridge this gap by empowering women to increase their confidence, secure more opportunities, and fully utilize AI and social media to their benefit through an AI-powered social media management tool called ‘STAGE’, designed to help women professionals enhance their online presence through goal-oriented content that advances their careers.
