About

Tian Qin is a UX/UI and service designer. As of 2024, she has accumulated industry experience at Accenture and Bosch, contributing to digital transformation projects in clinical diagnostics and global business services. These roles ignited her passion for cross-disciplinary collaboration in agile workflows and delivering enterprise-level solutions.


Holding a BA in Design Computing from the University of Sydney, Tian pursued an MA in Service Design at the Royal College of Art from 2023-24. Her academic projects span diverse fields such as social innovation, clinical diagnostics, gender equality, sustainability, and finance. She has partnered with the London Borough of Hounslow and Imperial College to deliver industrial-standard services.


Tian’s unique strength lies in her ability to blend behavioural science with design thinking, enabling her to uncover latent user needs with actionable insights. She has experience facilitating co-design workshops, ensuring inclusive and meaningful stakeholder engagement. With a focus on turning complex data into practical solutions, Tian aims to deliver sustainable services, contributing to real-world impacts.
