I’m a Serivce designer with a background in Design Research and I believe in building seamless expriences for people. Using systems thinking and strategy, I am interested in designing evidence-based solutions for complex urban city ecosystems and driving innovation within organisations. Working with emerging technology and an experimental mindset, I aim to transform organisations by aligning their business needs to those of the people and the planet. Currently, I’m interested in designing for resilience in ‘Smart Cities’ while re-imagining the future of city services across sectors.
